    Athens is 305 kmand around 4 hours drive from Pylos.

    If you reach Kalamata, it is 50 km, or less than1 hour drive from Pylos.

  • By Bus:

    Bus services run from Athens to Pylos (direct or via Kalamata) – a 5,5 hours bus drive.

    Also bus services run from Kalamata to Pylos (1 hour bus ride) throughout the day.

  • By Train

    Train services run from Athens to Kalamata. To reach Pylos you have to change to either a bus, a taxi, or car.

  • By Sea

    The bay of Pylos can accommodate upto 250 ships. Call us for further information.

    Ferries from Crete (city of Kissamos) also reach the nearby city of Kalamata (new service).
